Welcome to the iconic city of New York! Your 6 nights/7 days East Coast USA tour package begins today. Our representative will meet you at the hotel. As soon as you reach the hotel, complete all check-in formalities, and unwind in your room.
Note:
1. We will provide airport pick-up from JFK AIRPORT and LGA Airport to the Hotel at Times Square.
2. Optional transfer charges apply for passengers arriving at EWR airport.
3. One Carry on backpack and One suitcase per person only

Meet your tour leader in the hotel lobby in evening and start the tour. First, walk for 10 minutes in Times Square and enjoy a delicious dinner at an Indian restaurant—a perfect time to relax after a long journey and introduce yourself to all the group members. After dinner, enjoy free time at TIMES SQUARE on your own to see the city in action at night. Times Square is at its most spectacular after dark.

New York

Savor an authentic American breakfast, and then enjoy New York City, the most dynamic and exciting city in America. It is overflowing with activities, tours, monuments, and museums. First, prepare for an extraordinary experience with "SUMMIT ONE VANDERBILT", a 93-story tall skyscraper. Enjoy a breathtaking city view. Afterward, we take the ferry to STATUE OF LIBERTY from Battery Park. On arrival at Liberty Island, proceed to have lunch on your own. View the world-famous iconic Statue of Liberty, symbolizing the country's freedom. Now, let's take a CITY TOUR OF NEW YORK through the eyes of our experienced tour guide. You will enjoy an excellent New York drive experience, which includes the 9/11 Memorial, United Nations Organization, Central Park, Rockefeller Center, The Vessel (Hudson Yard), Brooklyn Bridge, etc. There will be a few Photo stops.

New York - Philadelphia - Washington DC

Get an early start to your day with breakfast at an Indian Restaurant. Next, drive to THE MILLS AT JERSEY GARDENS, the largest shopping mall in New Jersey with more than 200 stores. Then, Drive to Philadelphia.
PHILADELPHIA, the largest city in Pennsylvania, is also known as America's first world heritage city and the nation's number one historical city. Enjoy, GUIDED CITY TOUR OF PHILADELPHIA, with our entertaining tour guide who is a history buff. It will introduce the group to a real sense of Philadelphia's place in history. Lastly, drive to Washington, DC (3.5 hours) for a comfortable dinner at an Indian restaurant.

Washington DC - Harrisburg

Today after breakfast at the hotel, enjoy a CITY TOUR OF DC with a specialized guide covering all the major landmarks. You will see the major monuments That cover World War || - Lincoln Memorial - the White House - the U.S. Capitol, and much more with few photo stops. Explore the NATIONAL MUSEUM OF NATURAL HISTORY to view all the different exhibits related to national history. The next stop is on the National Harbor. Enjoy the easy ride of DC New Attraction -The Capitol wheel ride, which takes you 180ft high at the river—giving an incredible bird's eye view of the Potomac River. In the end, drive to Harrisburg (around 2 .5 Hrs). Check in at your hotel in Harrisburg after dinner.

Harrisburg - Niagara

After breakfast, proceed to do the PENNSYLVANIA CAPITOL TOUR "THE HANDSOMEST BUILDING." The Pennsylvania State Capitol is the seat of government for the U.S. state of Pennsylvania and is in downtown Harrisburg. Take an inside peek at the political hub of the state. Then, check out the sweetest destination on the itinerary – HERSHEY'S CHOCOLATE WORLD. Get on an exhilarating chocolate ride that takes you to the origin of chocolate making. Experience the fun and unwrap your chocolate adventure.
Drive to Corning to check out the World's most comprehensive Glass collection at CORNING MUSEUM OF GLASS. The museum brings the glass to life by having live demonstrations. Later, proceed to Niagara Falls (Approximately 3 hours from Corning).
After dinner at an Indian restaurant, we will proceed to the ILLUMINATION OF NIAGARA FALLS AT NIGHT – This illumination includes a range of colors that alternate throughout the evening and shine over all of Niagara Falls. Check into the hotel.

Niagara Falls

After breakfast at the hotel, walk to MAID OF THE MIST to take a closer look at the Bridal veil falls in a boat ride on the river. Then, proceed to CAVE OF THE WINDS, where you will take an elevator ride- 175 feet below to get a firsthand feel of the Power of Falls. Geared up in a souvenir rain poncho, guests follow wooden walkways along Niagara River to the Hurricane Deck. Carry an extra pair of clothes as you will get wet. Enjoy free evening on own and enjoy walking near falls and exploring.
Note: There will be no coach services today.

Niagara - Departure

After breakfast, our representative will pick you up from the hotel for airport transfer based on your individual flights (please note that check-out time is 11 am). The packed breakfast option is not available for passengers taking early flights.

Full payment is required to confirm services; partial payment only reserves intent.
Non-payment may lead to cancellation with forfeiture of registration fees.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Charges:

1–30 days before departure: 100%

31–60 days: 50%

61–90 days: 25%

91–365 days: Booking amount forfeited; balance as credit note (valid 1 year).

Visa Rejection: Treated as cancellation; charges apply based on rejection date.
No Refunds: For unutilized services, missed transfers, or force majeure (e.g., pandemics, natural disasters).

Changes & Transfers

Tour changes treated as cancellations; new booking required.
Merging of tours possible due to low participation.

Visa & Travel

Visa approval is at consulate discretion; NHPL assists but isn’t liable for rejections/delays.
Guests must verify visa details; errors may lead to travel denial without refund.

Responsibilities

NHPL acts as a tour organizer; not liable for third-party services (airlines, hotels, etc.).
Guests must ensure medical fitness; NHPL isn’t responsible for health issues.
No liability for losses/injuries during the tour.

Other Terms

Check-in/out: Strictly as per hotel policy (1500 hrs/1000 hrs).
Refunds: Processed in INR; no interest paid. TCS non-refundable (claim via IT returns).
Jurisdiction: Disputes under Mumbai courts only.

Travel Tips

Some hotels in USA do not provide water bottles in the room. However, in USA tap water is certified as potable and safe to drink.
For the comfort of all passengers, we request passengers travel light (recommended luggage: One carry-on and One International size suitcase.
Check-in time at the East coast hotel is 3 pm while the check-out is 11 am. Check-in time on the West Coast is 4 pm and check-out is 11 am. If the guests want to extend their stay, they can contact the front desk and request them.
Porterage/Baggage Handling is not a part of the tour. If the guests require this service, they can contact the bell desk at the respective hotel and pay on their own.
We have a couple of locations where restaurants are within walking distance from the hotel. Passengers, not keen on walking, can take an uber or a cab to their destination on your own.
Wheelchair passengers, if planning on joining our tour will need to have someone travel with them to assist the passengers. The tour manager will be unable to provide aid. Also, please note that our coaches are not equipped for handicapped travelers.
Seating Arrangement in the bus will be first come first serve. The coach size will vary based on the number of passengers. This can be a 15-seater/25-seater/30-seater/55-seater. For van tours below 15 passengers, we will have Driver as the Tour leader.
Some hotels in USA will ask for a Credit card in your personal name at the time of check-in towards incidentals. The hotel usually puts a hold on the CC and this hold will be released if no expenses are incurred. It usually takes anywhere from 1-2 business weeks for the charge to disappear on the Credit statement. Make sure to get a Zero statement balance from the hotel. If paying cash to the front desk, please make sure to collect the same before checking out.
We recommend that the passengers make NO political and religious discussions during the travel. This is a vacation package that is open to everyone.
In case the group size is 15 or less, all breakfast and dinner will be on the set menu (no buffet) and will be brought to the table. We request the passengers follow the guidelines of the restaurant.
The Weather can vary depending on the month of travel. Please make sure to have weather-appropriate clothing. Walking shoes and umbrellas are recommended.
Tour leader has the right to change the itinerary based on weather and traffic conditions for safety reasons. Please follow protocol while on tour. In case of any breakdown beyond our control, Aertrip will try its best to fix the problem. However, no monetary compensation will be provided.
Aertrip does not hold any responsibility for any injuries or accidents that might happen while on tour. Passengers are requested to carry Insurance with them to safeguard themselves in case of any eventuality. Our Tour managers will do all they can to aid the passengers in their time of need.
In no event is Tours Limited liable to you for any Indirect, Special, Incidental, or consequential damages.
No name change allowed after booking.
Minimum booking amount is INR 50,000/- per person.
Booking Amount will be non-refundable once booked.
PAN card is mandatory to be given at the time of Booking of every passenger above 18 years, travelling outside India.
If tour get cancelled due to Covid Protocols or any Government restrictions then administration charges would be waived off and credit note will be given to be utilized in future.
