Arrival

Welcome to LAS VEGAS! It is a pure, exuberant city renowned for its countless casinos, reputation as a party town, bright and colorful neon lights, fantastic hotels, theaters, and many shopping opportunities.
Our representative will meet you with a placard of your name at the Las Vegas airport for pick-up for all International and domestic arrivals at the arrival baggage claim area. Check into the HOTEL (Check-in time = 4 PM). Meet your tour manager in evening on the ground floor near the elevator to start the tour. First proceed for dinner, then prepare for The ‘V’- The Ultimate Variety Show (V Theater or Saxe Theater is located inside the Miracle Mile Shops at the Planet Hollywood Resort and Casino). A variety show filled with fun, fast-paced, high-energy specialty acts and daredevil stunts from around the World - Voted Best Las Vegas Show! The show will start at 8.30 p.m. Note: If the V show is not operating a similar kind of show will be given. After enjoying the show please walk to the hotel Paris.

LAS VEGAS (OPTIONAL TOUR - GRAND CANYON)

Today you will get packed breakfast. Enjoy your day free for leisure on your own. In the evening, walk to the Indian restaurant for dinner. There meet your tour manager. After dinner, enjoy Explore the bright lights of the famous LAS VEGAS STRIP TOUR "THE STRIP" in the coach. Where you will have an unobstructed view of the Vegas glitz and glamour. Next, proceed to must see Vegas landmarks. FREMONT STREET EXPERIENCE - VIVA VISION LIGHT SHOW a sound and light show on an immense canopy screen. This stop will wow you with 12 million LEDs flashing under a four-block-long canopy, with zip liners flying overhead.

OPTIONAL TOUR - GRAND CANYON
You will depart in the morning at 6am from Las Vegas, crossing the Colorado River and through the Mojave Desert, stop at Arizona's Joshua Tree Forest on the way to the Grand Canyon West. Approximately two and a half hours later, you will arrive at Grand Canyon West, located within the Hualapai Reservation.
Experience the various areas of Grand Canyon West for approximately four hours.
Enjoy views of Eagle Point, with the eagle's shape along the spine of the canyon ridge.
Take a walk on the thrilling Skywalk, a glass bridge that arches out over the canyon wall.
Explore the area around Guano Point, a breathtaking pinnacle offering views in all directions.
Visit the displays of Native American dwellings and cultural exhibits.
Depart the Grand Canyon, stopping on the return trip at the Mike O'Callaghan-Pat Tillman Memorial Bridge and walk up the pedestrian walkway overlooking the Hoover Dam and the Colorado River.
Visit Boulder City's Hemenway Park to see the famous bighorn sheep.

Las Vegas - Los Angeles

Today, after checkout, drive to an Indian Restaurant for Breakfast before departing to Los Angeles. Stop over to Enjoy some retail therapy at ONTARIO MILLS MALL. With over 28 million people visiting this outlet, it is one of the top tourist destinations in Southern California. Stores include Michael Kors, Tommy Hilfiger Company Store, Abercrombie & Fitch Outlet, Nike Factory Store, and many more.
At Los Angeles, enjoy a GUIDED TOUR OF LOS ANGELES by our experienced tour guide. Drive through the busy streets of LA, Walk of Fame, Dolby Theater, and rodeo drive. Get your picture of the famous Hollywood sign from one of the vantage points.

Los Angeles - Fresno

After breakfast at the hotel, it is time to enjoy Universal Studios Hollywood. This Sprawling Amusement Park with thrilling theme rides, restaurants, shows, shops, and one of the oldest real working movie studios in use is a unique and fun-filled experience for the whole family. There’s lots to explore for all ages throughout the Park.
We will leave the park in the evening (at approximately 4pm) and proceed to Fresno, CA.

Fresno - Yosemite - San Francisco

Today, after breakfast at the hotel, you will drive from FRESNO TO YOSEMITE NATIONAL PARK (2 hrs. Drive approximately). Yosemite is internationally recognized for its granite cliffs, waterfalls, clear streams, sequoia groves, lakes, mountains, meadows, and glaciers. Enjoy the breathtaking beauty and learn about the history, wildlife, and geology's most famous sights.
From YOSEMITE NATIONAL PARK, drive to SAN FRANCISCO (approximately 4.5hrs) to check into your hotel. Enjoy dinner at an Indian restaurant en route.

San Francisco

After breakfast at the hotel, you will have a full day to enjoy in SAN FRANCISCO today. Start with the impressive skyline of San Francisco on BAY CRUISE, with spectacular views of Alcatraz, Golden Gate Bridge, and Bay Bridge. An Audio tour in 16 languages is available to get the detailed history of this great city. Afterward, San Francisco's Biggest landmarks and attractions are in an awe-inspiring 3D movie that has you flying with your feet dangling over the city by the bay. THE FLYER SFO is the perfect way to start the city tour of this beautiful and vibrant city. Cancellation Charges:

1–30 days before departure: 100%

31–60 days: 50%

61–90 days: 25%

91–365 days: Booking amount forfeited; balance as credit note (valid 1 year).

Visa Rejection: Treated as cancellation; charges apply based on rejection date.
No Refunds: For unutilized services, missed transfers, or force majeure (e.g., pandemics, natural disasters).

Changes & Transfers

Tour changes treated as cancellations; new booking required.
Merging of tours possible due to low participation.

Visa & Travel

Visa approval is at consulate discretion; NHPL assists but isn’t liable for rejections/delays.
Guests must verify visa details; errors may lead to travel denial without refund.

Travel Tips

Some hotels in USA do not provide water bottles in the room. However, in USA tap water is certified as potable and safe to drink.
For the comfort of all passengers, we request passengers travel light (recommended luggage: One carry-on and One International size suitcase.
Check-in time at the East coast hotel is 3 pm while the check-out is 11 am. Check-in time on the West Coast is 4 pm and check-out is 11 am. If the guests want to extend their stay, they can contact the front desk and request them.
Porterage/Baggage Handling is not a part of the tour. If the guests require this service, they can contact the bell desk at the respective hotel and pay on their own.
We have a couple of locations where restaurants are within walking distance from the hotel. Passengers, not keen on walking, can take an uber or a cab to their destination on your own.
Wheelchair passengers, if planning on joining our tour will need to have someone travel with them to assist the passengers. The tour manager will be unable to provide aid. Also, please note that our coaches are not equipped for handicapped travelers.
Seating Arrangement in the bus will be first come first serve. The coach size will vary based on the number of passengers. This can be a 15-seater/25-seater/30-seater/55-seater. For van tours below 15 passengers, we will have Driver as the Tour leader.
Some hotels in USA will ask for a Credit card in your personal name at the time of check-in towards incidentals. The hotel usually puts a hold on the CC and this hold will be released if no expenses are incurred. It usually takes anywhere from 1-2 business weeks for the charge to disappear on the Credit statement. Make sure to get a Zero statement balance from the hotel. If paying cash to the front desk, please make sure to collect the same before checking out.
We recommend that the passengers make NO political and religious discussions during the travel. This is a vacation package that is open to everyone.
In case the group size is 15 or less, all breakfast and dinner will be on the set menu (no buffet) and will be brought to the table. We request the passengers follow the guidelines of the restaurant.
The Weather can vary depending on the month of travel. Please make sure to have weather-appropriate clothing. Walking shoes and umbrellas are recommended.
Tour leader has the right to change the itinerary based on weather and traffic conditions for safety reasons. Please follow protocol while on tour. In case of any breakdown beyond our control, Aertrip will try its best to fix the problem. However, no monetary compensation will be provided.
Aertrip does not hold any responsibility for any injuries or accidents that might happen while on tour. Passengers are requested to carry Insurance with them to safeguard themselves in case of any eventuality. Our Tour managers will do all they can to aid the passengers in their time of need.
In no event is Tours Limited liable to you for any Indirect, Special, Incidental, or consequential damages.
No name change allowed after booking.
Minimum booking amount is INR 50,000/- per person.
Booking Amount will be non-refundable once booked.
PAN card is mandatory to be given at the time of Booking of every passenger above 18 years, travelling outside India.
If tour get cancelled due to Covid Protocols or any Government restrictions then administration charges would be waived off and credit note will be given to be utilized in future.
